Red Giant

A view of a Red Giant star, and it's tidally locked planet. One side is searing desert while the other side (night) is an icy wasteland that makes Antarctica look like a tropical paradise.

Partially inspired by the planet of Athas from the D&D Dark Sun campaign, released in 1991.

*Note: Yeah, the star does look more yellow/sunlike than red, but oh well.*
